Is It Racist? Is It Sexist? Workshop

We were thrilled to see 25+ participants join our conversation with Betsy Leondar-Wright, coauthor of the book Is It Racist? Is It Sexist?

We assessed our own tendencies in judging ambiguous situations and discussed how to have healthy conversations on divisive topics. We also explored how we can all make more accurate and productive judgement calls by examining both the systemic context and the individual situation.
