Uneven Access: Mobility Through the Lens of Equity showcases the collaborative research initiative Mobility Innovator, an effort that investigates equitable approaches to mobility for Greater Boston. This event discusses three research components: an MIT research project studying perceived distance to transit access; a digital tool created by Sasaki spatially exploring the mobility access challenges and opportunities in Gateway Cities; and a community engagement strategy gathering input from residents of Lynn and Malden. The Mobility Innovator is a year-long initiative led by the Hideo Sasaki Foundation and Sasaki and funded by the Barr Foundation.
