Apply to Summer Exploratory Experience in Design

Now through April 30, the Sasaki Foundation is accepting applications to the Summer Exploratory Experience in Design (SEED) program—a six-week paid internship for two high school students to learn more about career possibilities in the design field by working with Sasaki designers.

Do you ever stop to wonder who built the space you’re standing in? Are you curious about the way stuff works? Do you find yourself questioning the things around you and wondering how you can make them better?

At Sasaki, we do this all the time. We’re big thinkers and creative problem solvers. We take dreams and make them realities. And we want you to join our team.

You are…

  • a high school student.
  • always setting goals and finding ways to achieve them.
  • never taking anything for granted.
  • constantly wondering and imagining.
  • interested in a job where you get to think creatively every day.
  • looking for a challenge.
  • excited about learning.
  • not afraid to ask questions or share your ideas.
  • want to know how you can make a difference in the world around you.

We are…

  • committed to teaching and exploring with you.
  • always here to answer questions.
  • looking to provide an opportunity to students who want to change the world.

Come join us for a summer of exploration, innovation, and creation in the Incubator at Sasaki. You will learn basic 3D modelling skills, create your own pop up parklet, and interact with world class designers and thinkers. Apply today to spend your summer learning how to change the world, one project at a time.
